School dinners

School dinners are provided by Caterlink. A daily menu of hot food is available for the children to choose from. It costs £2.30 and children who qualify for Pupil Premium, do not need to pay. Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 do not pay for school dinners.

Please provide dinner money in an envelope clearly marked with your child’s name, the amount in the envelope, and the dates covered by the payment. This must be deposited in the Dinner Money Box as it is managed by Caterlink, not the school office. The Dinner Money Box is fixed to the wall by the rear/side entrance to the school.

Dinner money must be paid in advance, either termly, monthly, or weekly (if paying weekly, this must be paid by the Friday of the week before). You can choose to have occasional days for school dinner and this must be paid for before the day. A dinner register will be taken in the classroom each morning so that the kitchen staff know which children are having dinners. If a child books a dinner, but the meal has not been paid for in advance the kitchen staff have the right to refuse a lunch.

Please notify the kitchen if your child is vegetarian or has any special dietary requirements.
